Silver Design and Manufacturing
In this set of designs, I strove to create pieces that were dynamic. To take advantage of the process of investment casting, I decided to create voluminous organic forms, hoping to create a shape that is interesting from every angle. Much of the inspiration was drawn from the elements of ocean.
Each piece was hand carved and finished in wax before it was cast. Then came careful hours of filing, sanding, and polishing.
